Brandenburg Gate:
Built according to designs by Carl Gotthard Langhans from 1789 to 1793.
Berlin Radio Tower:
146-meter-high steel lattice tower. Opened in 1926.
Architect: Heinrich Straumer
TV tower:
Construction period from 1965 to 1969, height 368 meters, architects: Hermann Henselmann, Jörg Streitparth, Fritz Dieter, Günter Franke, Werner Ahrendt
Victory Column:
Built from 1864 to 1873 as a national monument according to a design by Heinrich Strack.
“Goldelse” is the nickname Berliners give to the Golden Angel.
