Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí) (left)
The Old Town Square is the historic heart of Prague's Old Town and one of Europe's most famous squares. Surrounded by magnificent buildings from various eras, including the Old Town Hall, the Tyn Church, and St. Nicholas Church, it has been the centre of urban life for centuries. Today, the square, with its Jan Hus Memorial, is one of Prague's most popular meeting points and sights.
Charles Bridge (right)
Construction of the Charles Bridge began in 1357 under Emperor Charles IV, connecting Prague's Old Town with Lesser Town. This historic stone bridge spans the Vltava River with 16 arches and is one of Europe's oldest surviving bridges. With its numerous statues of saints and unique views of Prague Castle, it is one of the city's most famous landmarks.
